Better yet,... Stay at Park Place as often as you like, year round!

Guests that stayed here last year booked last year for this year. Guests that booked October 06 weekend booked again for February 07 weekend and October 07 and 08.

Our guests were ice fishing and swimming in the pool just after our Valentine's Day 2007 blizzard..

It is rustic, big, comfortable and charming.
A private secluded residence 100' east of Bay Side.
Larger reunions use Parkplace Penninsula as the gathering place for meals, parties and group pictures.

Compared to our penthouse, this is camping out.
A work in progress. We made 2 bathrooms out of 1.

We removed an old narrow, steep indoor stairway and walls, to open kitchen.

A piece of plywood covers a hole in the kitchen ceiling, where the old stairway was.

2 - 2x4s stand where a post will be in the middle of a future island bar.

A stove and 1 cabinet are next to the standing 2x4s where the post will be.

This is definitely not the Ritz, but it has its own charm.

Older and not as fancy as our 4 bedroom suite, 

but much roomier, and more secluded.

Two smaller bedrooms each with a full size bed.
2 baths.  .

The third bedroom is 24'x24', with 3 bunkbeds, a twin and 2 footons.

    

Lots of knotty pine.
Through all that glare in my picture, you can barely see the spectacular lake view to the west.
Bubblegum Bridge was replaced by a new and bigger bridge. This is the nicest room in the house.


To get a good view of the roller coasters and ferris wheel, from the east window,
we darkened the bedroom. Next picture is taken from the deck.

Parkplace is on a penninsula : water on the west, south and east sides.
